The program allows the candidates to enhance their soft and hard skills through a highly structured coaching and training regime. The prerequisite for the program is to hold a diploma in the following majors: -Refrigeration -Production -Electrical -Mechanical

Designed for our future generation, the Summer training program aims to enhance the students’ interest, knowledge, and skills required for the industry by providing them extensive training and mentoring. The program requires the candidate to be a high school student.

Our Co-op training program is specifically tailored for fresh graduates looking to begin their careers. The program consists of practical work experience to expand the skill set of every individual. Candidates are rotated in different fields before settling down in their interested one to overview the entire work process. Students in their senior years are eligible for this training program.
